How do I start a check-in?

Open the app and tap Start Check-In. Five short questions appear one at a time. Answer each one, and your Daimon responds when you finish.

Is my data private?

Yes. All check-ins and Daimon conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your personal data with third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Account > Export Data in the app. You can download all your data as a file at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play > Subscriptions.

The app isn't syncing my data. What should I do?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and are signed in to your account. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support@knowyourethos.com.

How does the AI analysis work?

Your Daimon reads your check-ins to surface patterns in your mood, values, and personal growth. The analysis happens securely within our system and is never shared externally.
